Affiliate Disclosure

As an Amazon Associate, WeighHere earns from qualifying purchases. Amazon Associates is the only live affiliate program on WeighHere. Links are marked, and no scale pays to be listed.

Amazon Associates Program (live)

WeighHere (weighhere.com) is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, WeighHere earns from qualifying purchases.

Where the links appear: the “Towing gear that helps before you weigh” box near the bottom of each scale page (below the listings). Each link opens an Amazon search for a type of product (tongue weight scale, weight distribution hitch, trailer brake controller, RV/trailer tire pressure monitor, wheel chocks, moving hand truck). We do not pick, test, or rank a specific product, and we do not invent product IDs. Every one of those links is tagged rel="sponsored" and carries the same visible disclosure line linking back to this page.

Programs under consideration (not live)

No IDs from these programs are embedded as of 31 Oct 2026. There is no CAT Scale consumer affiliate program that we found. CAT Scale links on this site are not monetized.

How affiliate links work

An affiliate link passes a referral identifier to the destination site. If you make a purchase after clicking that link, WeighHere may earn a commission. The commission does not increase your cost. The price you pay is the same whether you use an affiliate link or go directly to the site.

Editorial independence

Listings on WeighHere are compiled from public sources: CDFA county tables, CAT Scale public pages, operator websites, ScaleRegistry, Caltrans, ADOT, and county facility pages. No scale pays to be listed. No affiliate program dictates which scales appear or how they are described.

If a product type is mentioned in the gear box, it is because it is relevant to towing or weighing a civilian rig, not because an affiliate program demanded it.

Marking affiliate links

Affiliate links are grouped in one clearly labeled box, preceded by the sentence “As an Amazon Associate, WeighHere earns from qualifying purchases.” and a link to this page. FTC guidelines require clear disclosure. WeighHere follows those guidelines.

Questions

If you have questions about affiliate relationships or believe a link should be disclosed more clearly, contact [email protected].

No fake IDs

We do not invent affiliate IDs, product IDs, or placeholder tracking codes. The Amazon Associates tag on this site is real and disclosed. If a program is “under consideration,” no ID from it is embedded.
